Shipping

The shipping cost will always be included in the price of the purchased jewelry.

Deliveries are made by default in the registered letter system of Correos de España (www.correos.es).

Only for certain territories (United States/Japan, among others), UPS will be used. ( www.ups.com )

When you make a purchase on Cartonpia.com store, you will receive an automated confirmation email. At the time of shipment of the purchased jewelry, you will be notified by email at the address provided by you at the time of purchase, with a tracking code to track the status of the shipment.

As these are certified shipments, a signature will always be required at the time of delivery at destination.

Between the moment of purchase and the moment of shipment there can be up to 7 days. Transport transit can take up to 14 days, depending on the destination territory.

All Cartonpia shipments are covered by comprehensive insurance.

Returns

Cartonpia offers a 1-year satisfaction guarantee from the time of purchase.

You may return the product and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid in the payment method used. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. In case of initiating a return, please contact us at returns@cartonpia.com, so that we can provide you with the shipping address of the parts.

Upon receipt of the jewelry and evaluation of its condition, the amount will be reimbursed.
