Can my Cartonpia piece get wet?
Yes, they can be wetted, but we advise not to immerse them in liquid.
All parts are protected with 4 coats of a lacquer that is highly resistant to wear and humidity.
Are the Cartonpia pieces painted?
No, the parts are not painted.
The color comes from the dye of the paper, the text or images printed on it.
Is all the paper used by Cartonpia recycled?
No, but mostly. I recover unused paper, whether it is cardboard, newspapers, magazines, frozen and canned food boxes, kraft paper, corrugated cardboard, old books, calendars and more… I also use cardboard of specific colors.
Are the materials used at Cartonpia tested for allergies?
Yes, experience teaches us that the only material that could cause allergy are the metals used as a component of a piece, silver or alpaca, which depend on the skin of each person.
Can I order a special piece at Cartonpia?

Can I order 5 of the same pieces?
Yes, but keep in mind that each piece is handmade, so it is unique. The pieces will be very similar to each other, but not exactly the same.
The delivery time will depend on the size of the order and the workload.
Do Cartonpia parts have a warranty?
Yes, of course. Any manufacturing defects that have escaped our quality control will be attended and repaired free of charge within one year from the date of purchase.
